We are delighted to ship to makers worldwide!  For Turkish customers it is free shipping over $22 USD and for international customers shipping is free over $90 USD. Please note that shipping and processing times slow down during sales.

Carbon Neutral Shipping

We are committed to investing in sustainability initiatives to counteract the environmental impact of shipping, as the transportation used to ship our orders burns fossil fuels and generates carbon emissions. To help minimise our footprint, we contribute funds for every package shipped to support projects that remove excess carbon dioxide from the environment. Turkish Shipping

Turkish orders are shipped via local courier services and all orders may or may not include tracking. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is prepared. Once you've been sent a tracking number, your order should arrive within 3-7 days depending on the service you selected.

GCC Shipping

Gulf countries orders are shipped via DHL and all orders include tracking. Once your shipment is prepared, you will be sent a notification email with tracking information. Your order should arrive within 7-10 days..

Worldwide Shipping

We ship globally! We have worked hard to find a shipping service that allows us to provide affordable international shipping rates. Orders to most countries include tracking. Once you've been sent a tracking number, you can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 7-14 days depending on your location. We ask that you be patient while waiting for your package, as some international shipping services experience delays.

For addresses that DHL does not ship to, we offer DHL Express International as options. This service can take up to 30 business days depending on customs clearance delays.

We charge VAT on all orders from the UK and EU, and we document that information on your package to help lower value shipments move more quickly through customs. VAT is not collected on orders over 150€. All additional customs and duties that may be collected at the border are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our high quality product imagery and thoughtful descriptions to ensure you understand exactly what you are purchasing. While we work hard to ensure colour accuracy when shooting and editing images,  please note that colours may vary depending on your device and monitor. We suggest that you order a swatch before purchasing to verify the colour, texture and feel of the fabric.

We leave a 24 hour window after orders are placed; this is the only time we can cancel or refund an order. Once your fabric is cut, we are unable to provide exchanges or returns. Only If we sent you the wrong fabric, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can remedy the situation. After 30 days from your original purchase date, we will not be able to accept returns on any item, and we do not accept returns for fabrics that have been cut or altered by the customer.
