Distance Sales Agreement

1. Introduction

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is made between [Your Store Name], located at Halaskargazi, Şafak Sk. No:47, 34371 Şişli/İstanbul, and the buyer ("Customer"). By placing an order on our website, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sales of goods from Hiba Kumas also known as Hiba Fabrics through our website. All transactions are conducted via the internet, with no in-person contact between the Seller and the Customer.

3. Products

Descriptions, prices, and availability of the products are provided on the product pages. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of these details; however, any errors in product descriptions or prices will be corrected upon discovery, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in such cases.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Turkish Liras and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at the time of the order using one of the accepted payment methods displayed on the checkout page.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the Customer’s location.
• Hiba Kumas also known as Hiba Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including customs or courier services.

6. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to cancel their order within the buffer period after the order has been placed which is the 2 business days before the fabric is cut and a final sale is made. 

7. Returns and Refunds

• Items cannot be returned or refunded because every item is inspected before cutting for any defects.

9. Liability

Hiba Kumas also known as Hiba Fabrics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
